About the role:
​
We are looking for smart people who will turn data into insights. We will challenge you to analyze a broad range of people-related information and turn your analytics into observations that tell a story. Examples of people-related areas that you will touch include workforce demographics, HR technology requirements, compensation data, etc.
In addition to strong analytical skills, excellent written and verbal communication skills are a must. Report writing, development of presentations and participating in client meetings will be routine. With direct exposure to our clients, communicating effectively with stakeholders at all levels is a must.
