About the role:

​

We are looking for smart people who will turn data into insights.  We will challenge you to analyze a broad range of people-related information and turn your analytics into observations that tell a story.  Examples of people-related data that you will touch include workforce demographics, pay data, turnover and promotion statistics, etc.

 

In addition to strong analytical skills, excellent written and verbal communication skills are a must. Report writing, development of presentations and participating in client meetings will be routine. With direct exposure to our clients, communicating effectively with stakeholders at all levels is a must.

  • Exceptional analytical skills

  • Strong written, verbal and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to wear multiple hats and multi-tasking a necessity in our start-up environment

  • Creative, analytical and inquisitive thinking

  • Experience with financial and HR related concepts a plus

  • Strong Excel skills and proficiency in Word, PowerPoint and Google Apps required

  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in finance, accounting, business administration, economics, actuarial science, mathematics, psychology or other related fields

  • Relevant work experience - 2+ years
