She specializes in job architecture, compensation philosophy, market benchmarking, salary structures, job evaluation, and financial modeling. Her work focuses on translating complex compensation challenges into structured, actionable frameworks that support better decision-making across the organization.
Chelsea brings a strong foundation in analytical rigor and systems thinking, combined with a hands-on, embedded approach. She has led and developed high-performing analytical teams and regularly operates as an extension of her clients’ teams, supporting both ongoing compensation processes and more complex, evolving initiatives.
She is known for balancing disciplined process design with a practical, relationship-driven style, enabling her to work effectively with leadership while delivering solutions that are both strategic and executable.
Her experience spans a broad range of industries and company stage and size, including financial services, hospitality, retail, media and gaming, technology and utilities. Prior to joining Nua Group, Chelsea was a Director at Aon.
Chelsea lives in Southern California and enjoys cooking, baking, spending time with her grandsons, and being actively involved in her faith community.
