Fredrique, or simply Fred, loves seeing the direct impact of her clients achieving their goals and improving the lives of their employees.

Fred was born and raised in Los Angeles and moved to the Bay Area for college. She graduated from the University of California, Berkeley with degrees in Economics and Public Health and a minor in Public Policy. 

​

Prior to joining Nua, she was a Health & Benefits Senior Analyst at the Mercer San Francisco office where she worked with clients in the biotech, financial services, retail and tech industries. 

​

She spends her free time knitting, watching Criminal Minds, trying new restaurants, and traveling. Her favorite cities (so far) are Tokyo, Copenhagen, and Amsterdam.
