Jenn brings more than 20 years of HR experience across healthcare, medical technology, and high-tech sectors, spanning small, mid-size, and large organizations.

 

Prior to joining the Nua team as an HR Consultant, she served as a Director in the HR Transformation and Transactions Advisory practice areas at Grant Thornton. Before that, Jenn held the role of VP of HR Shared Services at Blue Shield of California, where she also served in HR Business Partner capacities.

 

Throughout her career, Jenn has taken on a broad range of HR leadership, business partner, and operational roles — bringing both strategic perspective and hands-on expertise to every engagement.

Jenn holds a master's degree in Human Resources Management from Golden Gate University and a bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management and Finance from California State University, Chico.

Outside of work, Jenn is a lifelong runner who also loves strength training and a good vanilla latte. She has completed several marathons, including Boston, New York, and Rome, and has a deep passion for women's soccer. When she's not logging miles, Jenn can be found with her family, often attending their sporting events — soccer, of course, being a personal favorite.
