With 20 years of experience in human resources, Jennifer most recently was the Managing Director of People at Virgin America, where she was in charge of the compensation, benefits, HR technology, business partner, and talent acquisition teams.
Jennifer spent the majority of her career at Mercer, managing client relationships across Mercer’s business lines and serving as a technical expert in the areas of executive compensation, total rewards, and human capital strategy. During her tenure at Mercer, Jennifer was a frequent public speaker and author on HR topics. She served as the lead author of Mercer’s book “Pay for Results: Aligning Executive Compensation with Business Performance.”
Jennifer has a BA in Sociology and Education from the State University of New York at Geneseo and an MBA in Sustainable Management from Presidio Graduate School. She is passionate about environmental responsibility and social justice, and regularly volunteers with local schools and other community organizations. She is an avid traveler and music aficionado and is happiest when combining these loves on adventures near and far with her husband and daughter.
