Jon has spent more than 12 years designing and implementing solutions in the HR space, including total rewards, talent acquisition and HR operations.
Prior to joining Nua Group, Jon was a Principal, Global Talent Innovation, at Mercer where he designed total rewards programs for a variety of clients, including pre-IPO companies with global employee populations, as well as led product development of a predictive analytics job matching app and launched the company’s Talent data operations center in India. Prior to that Jon was a Senior Consultant at Ernst & Young.
Originally from the Pacific Northwest, Jon now lives in San Francisco and enjoys traveling (especially road trips!) and reading novels and books about business.
