Jon has spent 15 years designing and implementing solutions in the HR space, including total rewards, HR operations, and talent acquisition.
Prior to joining Nua Group, Jon was a Principal, Global Talent Innovation, at Mercer where he designed total rewards programs for a range of clients, including pre-IPO companies with global employee populations. He also led product development of a predictive analytics job matching app and launched the company’s Talent data operations center in India. Prior to that Jon was a Senior Consultant at Ernst & Young focused on M&A.
Originally from the Pacific Northwest, Jon now lives in San Francisco and enjoys traveling (especially road trips!) and reading novels and books about business.
