Monica is an experienced employee benefits consultant in software, engineering, semiconductor design, manufacturing, financial services, and healthcare sectors.

 

Prior to joining Nua Group, Monica was an Associate Consultant at Mercer's Health and Benefits practice where she supported clients in developing benefits strategies in order to meet their business objectives, assisted with day-to-day administrative and operational issues, and was in charge of vendor management, compliance/disclosure requirements, and overall deliverables. She also helped her clients identify employee benefit needs, provide recommendations for improvement of existing plan designs to be aligned with benchmark, and assess the viability and competitiveness of potential vendor partnerships.

Monica graduated with a bachelor's degree in Public Health Policy and a minor in Management from the University of California, Irvine. She lives in San Francisco and enjoys hunting for good restaurants, cooking, and spending time with her Australian Cattle Dog, Koda.
