Ravali has eight years of experience in the total rewards space, partnering with clients on compensation strategy and job architecture across high-growth technology, healthcare, and life sciences, and consumer industries.

 

She focuses on building practical, scalable frameworks that help organizations stay competitive in the market while maintaining internal consistency and supporting sound decisions over time.

Prior to joining Nua Group, Ravali consulted at Willis Towers Watson in San Francisco, supporting healthcare industry clients and developing deep expertise in navigating complex, highly regulated rewards environments.

A Michigan native, Ravali is a University of Michigan alum (Go Blue!). Outside of work, she enjoys tennis, college football, and weekends in Napa Valley.
