Roxanne has spent her career helping organizations become people places. She has experience in-house and as a consultant across several industries and HR practice areas including people analytics, recruiting operations, change management, employee engagement, diversity and inclusion, and learning and development.

Before joining Nua Group, Roxanne worked in HR at Meraki, a high-growth business unit of Cisco, where she helped the organization scale from 800 to 1900 employees in three years. She has previously worked in Deloitte's Human Capital Practice and at the Oakland Unified School District building the infrastructure to make data-informed talent decisions.

Roxanne lives in San Rafael with her husband and labradoodle. In her free time, she enjoys learning new things, playing soccer, and training for triathlons.
