Ryland is passionate about the client-first, objective approach that Nua Group is bringing to the consulting industry.
Ryland grew up in a small coastal town of Kennebunk, Maine, earned a degree in Actuarial Science from the University of Connecticut, and worked as an actuarial analyst at John Hancock Financial Services. Ryland moved to San Francisco three years ago to get away from the New England winters, and west coast living is agreeing with him. He joined Willis Towers Watson in the San Francisco Bay area as a health and welfare consultant, designing and implementing benefits solutions tailored to the unique needs of his clients in the technology, retail and higher education industries.
In his free time, Ryland enjoys golfing, tennis, rock-climbing and snowboarding in Tahoe.
