About the role:

​

We are looking for smart people who will use their expertise in HR, particularly in HR effectiveness, into insights.  You will help lead client teams, providing direction, mentorship, and leadership to those teams and the work they perform.

 

You will contribute to the overall firm’s growth and development strategy in terms of clients, services, and people.  You will contribute to the firm’s intellectual capital and market perspective.

 

A strong analytical foundation with client management skills is a must.  Report writing, development of presentations and leading client meetings will be routine.  With direct exposure to our clients, communicating effectively with stakeholders at all levels is a must.

Core competencies:

​

  • Subject matter expertise in compensation, benefits, and/or HR operations

  • Exceptional consultative and project management skills

  • Track record with managing clients and developing total reward/HR strategies

  • Experience with financial concepts a plus

  • Strong Excel skills and proficiency in Word, PowerPoint and Google Apps required

  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in finance, accounting, business administration, economics, actuarial science, mathematics, psychology or other related fields

  • Relevant experience - 10+ years
