A consulting industry veteran, Stasa Zlatar has spent nearly 20 years helping organizations solve complex business challenges, drive growth, and improve the experiences they create for customers and employees alike. In addition to her HR operations and technology experience, Stasa brings a broad range of functional expertise to every client, including business strategy, operating model development, operations, sales, and go-to-market strategy. 

Stasa has held leadership roles in management consulting firms and in industry, partnering with executives to build new capabilities, navigate change, and turn strategy into action. She most recently spent 5 years at Slalom Consulting as a senior client partner, leading premier global accounts including Apple and PayPal. 

Stasa joined Nua Group in 2026 to help lead our HR Strategy & Operations capabilities, shape Nua Group’s continued growth and future direction, and further evolve Nua’s offerings to deliver meaningful value to our clients.

She is passionate about the future of work in the age of AI, the moral and ethical obligations of professional service firms in the age of AI, and the integration of Gen Z and Gen Alpha into the workforce of today and tomorrow.

Stasa holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and an MBA from Duke University’s Fuqua School of Business.

An East Coast native, Stasa now lives in the San Francisco Bay Area with her husband and two children, enjoying all that the Bay has to offer.
