Having led the People functions at industry-defining companies including Airbnb, Upwork, and Convoy, she brings extensive experience working with CEOs, Boards of Directors, and Compensation Committees.

Sunita’s leadership experience uniquely bridges hyper-growth technology environments and massive global enterprises. Operating at a multinational scale at companies like GE Healthcare and eBay, she led international HR operations, spearheaded complex organizational transformations to optimize product development, and successfully integrated complex, large-scale M&A initiatives.

During her tenure at Airbnb, Sunita partnered directly with the founders and CEO to architect pioneering HR programs that scaled the company's innovative culture, ultimately culminating in one of the most successful IPOs of the last decade. Most recently at Upwork, she drove a comprehensive workforce transformation in partnership with finance and technology teams, driving enterprise-wide AI adoption by fundamentally redesigning team structures and operational workflows.
