We might, or might not, have Swifties among our team members, and there is one thing we cannot ignore in the pop culture world: Taylor Swift just dropped her new album, The Life of a Showgirl, and she’s draped the whole era in orange. Orange is energetic, fun, and fearless, which signals an intentional departure from softer palettes.


At Nua, we can’t help but agree with the new choice and artistic direction. Orange has been our color since day one, not just as a brand choice, but as a philosophy.


We’ve always believed in standing apart from the traditional navy and black world of consulting. Our orange says: people matter. It says: take chances, lead with heart, and don’t be afraid to stand out. So when Taylor goes orange, we see a kindred spirit. While Taylor Swift is the best person to show us all the life of a showgirl, we’d like to give everyone a peek into the life of an HR Consultant at Nua Group.

For us, orange is a daily reminder to show up differently. To advise with courage. To be more than consultants: to be trusted partners. Because helping clients make hard decisions with confidence and them knowing that we’re right there beside them is at the heart of what we do and how we do our work.


Spotting the Easter Eggs


Taylor Swift is famous for her Easter eggs: hidden clues that reward her most attentive fans. Orange was one of them, teased long before her official announcement. At Nua, we know that kind of detail is not just for fun, but it is rather meaningful.


In our world, the “Easter eggs” aren’t lyric snippets or cryptic visuals. They’re the overlooked signals inside organizations: a pattern in exit interviews, a quiet hesitation in a team meeting, or the subtle culture cues that say more than a survey ever could.

Taylor Swift may have just given the world a new reason to love orange, but for us, it’s always been our Easter egg: the clue to who we are and how we work.


As a fellow Pennsylvania girl, I couldn’t help but smile at our orange connection. Taylor’s path took her from Reading to the world stage. Mine took me from PA to SF, where I’m making my way as well. The scale is wildly different, of course, but the journey — the pursuit of growth, identity, and a little boldness — feels familiar.
