Elizabeth McFarlan Scott officially joins Nua Group as a Partner

It's been an amazing few years since Nua Group inception in 2017. We have grown our team and had the good fortune to work with many clients to solve complex and interesting challenges. While offering services in total rewards and employee benefits, we heard from several of our clients about the need for greater support and expertise in the area of HR Effectiveness and Operations… and we listened.

We are pleased to announce that Elizabeth McFarlan Scott has officially joined Nua Group as a Partner, overseeing our newly formed HR Effectiveness Practice. Elizabeth will work with clients to elevate their HR effectiveness particularly as it relates to People Strategy, HR Operating model development, process efficiency and technology optimization.

The Nua Team - December 2019

Having led HR teams at Yelp, Levi Strauss & Co, UnitedHealth Group, Procter & Gamble and Gillette, Elizabeth brings with her over 20 years of experience in Global Human Resources and has proven herself as an invaluable asset to Nua over the last 9 months as she has worked with us to establish our new service offering. She has built up our team capabilities and has already worked with clients on projects such as establishing a global HR Operating Model, re-engineering HR processes for scale, optimizing Workday, and supporting Mergers & Acquisitions.

In the new year, we are excited to continue working with our current and new clients to solve complex HR challenges in an expanded capacity. See what Elizabeth is saying about her work and the new HR Effectiveness practice or drop us a note to learn more about what we’re up to and how we can help!
